Disapointment or Blessing in disguise??

Lord you said you would bless me, and your favor would encompass around me like a shield. Your word is yea and amen and never returning to you void, so make it manifest in my life today on this trip, because you that began a good work you said would bring it to a complete and perfect end. So Lord I pray, grant me this visa today.
Amen.

This was my prayer on November 6th when I went for my visa interview and this was the conversation I had with the visa officer (I realized he was the same officer that granted me my US visa 2 years ago. lol)

Officer: I see you are applying for the student visa today

Me: yes I am and its for my masters.

Officer: Have you graduated already?

Me(pulling out my undergrad diploma): Yes I have this is my diploma.

Officer: And who is funding this for you?

Me: My parents

Officer: Ok, proof of funds?

Me(pulling out my dad's bank statements): sure, here it is.

*long pause*

Officer: Well I dont understand this, I need to see American or Canadian bank statement.

Me: Oh yeah, but this is what has paid my fees for 4 years and...

Officer(speaking sarcastically): Oh I hope you realize what county we are talking about here? Its Nigeria and how I'm I sure these are not fake documents?

Me(long pause with a grin): Ok what do I do now,

Officer: I would keep ur file open, tell you parents to transfer the 62 000 US to your Canadian account and come back to obtain your Visa.

Me: Thank you!

You see this nonsense people ehn??
They will just sit down and think 62 000 is chicken change that will just appear from no where, abi do I look like yaraduas daughter?? Lmao. There was quite over 100 000 US there but so what if it was in Naira..na so Nigeria don get bad name reach that they are questioning our currency?? So sha I am waiting for my dad o...to call me and say it is sent!
Any ways this has brought alot of complication to me now, all my plans on going back to Nigeria next week are looking crazy, plans on getting my Canadian visa which was sposed to be after my US is looking crazy too...pretty much everything is delaying now.

But in Habakkuk 2: 3 says

"This vision is for a future time.
It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled.
If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently,
for it will surely take place.
It will not be delayed"

So the answer to my title of this post is ==BLESSING!
